Mercedes Oestermann van Essen is an experienced human development coach and author. Her career path began in banking and public relations before she discovered how energy psychology and Feng Shui could be used to improve mental focus and manifestation as well as physical well being. Mercedes Oestermann van Essen has created a three step program, the Happy Venn diagram of environment, body and mind which she teaches in her workshops and retreats in Northamptonshire and her books. Her unique angle considers our environment first before issues of body and mind are addressed.
She says:
“Our environment has a direct impact on our well being, our relationships and careers, but I did not realise just how much this truism affects our lives. One day, almost by chance I stumbled across geopathic stress and found out about the severe effects these harmful energies can have on our emotional and physical well being.
I began researching the effect of geopathically stressed environments on the human body. What I discovered shocked me. There was very clear evidence that geopathic stress has a direct impact on our emotional and physical health, and on our relationships and our careers. This finding made me look at energy therapy and how our minds and bodies react to our living and working environment in a new light.
My 18 year long studies in this field have changed the way I now work as a human development coach and energy therapist. The result is my programme, the Happy Venn Diagram of environment, body and mind. The programme integrates body, mind and environment and creates the basis for lasting emotional and physical wellbeing.”
Mercedes Oestermann van Essen trained as an advanced EFT practitioner and REIKI Master and studied NLP, HUNA, Buddhism and other techniques in depth. She combines this knowledge with her studies on geopathic stress and electro magnetic field radiation and offers a fully integral approach with her methods.
She comments:
“People do not realise that a large portion of their relationship problems, career problems or physical problems may be caused by geopathic stress or EMF and embark on expensive personal development work without getting results. Any personal development work will be unnecessarily difficult and possibly thwarted all together unless environmental problems are eliminated first. Doing personal development work without addressing potentially harmful external factors first is rather like putting the cart in front of the horse.”
Mercedes Oestermann van Essen is passionate about her mission to help as many people as possible to have better lives and shares her insights in her many books and teaches her techniques in small bespoke workshops, retreats and on-line courses in Northamptonshire, UK.
