Do you know why I bought this? Because I'm going to the conference in April, and having been a bit quiet on the ET front, I thought I would like to be up to date, also I have my range of little brown bottles going back 20 years!
So, I made my purchase, and to be honest, I was kind of busy for the next couple of days, so didn't look at it, although I did listen to the MP3, and thought 'that's nice'.
The next day I opened up Creative Aromatherapy, and read it cover to cover. Could not put it down, not even to do the exercises, then I started to read Aromatherapy for the soul, and am half way through it, but have also started re-reading Creative Aromatherapy, and today I'm off out to buy some more little people (formerly known disrespectfully as little brown bottles!).
