My battle with weight and self esteem has been life long. I have been on a thousand diets. I have exercised myself to ill health in desperation. I must have bought over a hundred tapes, CDs, DVDs, programs on weightloss but this is the first time I have ever felt so at home, so understood, so cared for.
This CD is my diamond, my precious friend. I put it on when I am depressed, when I feel lonely, after a bad day. It always makes me feel calm and gives me hope. It is so beautiful, so restful. Rich in nutrients for my soul.
Everyone who feels bad about themselves sometimes should have this CD.
