I really like the emotrance manual that i purchased via email - i.e the quality of the material/subject matter is brilliant, the speed of delivery is obviously great (it was my first e-book purchase!) although it would have been good to have the colour front cover that comes with the hard copy so that when i printed it off and bound it it looks great (just a thought) thanks again Cheers
