Hi Jim, J. says that my snoring is quieter and I would concur because I have
in the past awakened myself with my snoring and have also incorporated the sound
into dreams. Since our work together, I haven't noticed any of this and I've
slept more peacefully. I'm thinking of just doing the process on snoring itself
and seeing what comes of it. It can't hurt to give it a try, can it? I'm
wondering why one couldn't in the case of depression, for example, just say
something that would include a variety of reasons and pull lots of weeds at
once. I did a little work on myself yesterday around some other issues as best I
could remember the process. Interesting.I'm pretty fascinated with the
whole thing and am debating learning the technique myself. Of course, there are
other tools to handle these sorts of things as well, but the EFT method is so
easily accessible to anyone who wants to use it. If in fact it's really
effective, it would be a handy thing to have in my tool chest.J.
