as advertised, it helps me find a real balanced place. and a note here, with all of ED2 i find i never feel passive, always engaged, participating.

2 Finding the Rhythm
interesting and effective; it really does pick up and integrate apparently opposing or separate energies. completing and satisfying. (as if 'finally, i don't have to pretend that _____ isn't there'). this is really balancing i find.

  I own both Energy Dancing 1 and 2, and have found them to be totally transformative! When I energy dance, I feel elated, liberated and 100% empowered to do and be my very best.  

I find that these effects last *long* after an energy dancing session! The tracks and the music are beautiful and diverse, and therefore can be utilized easily in any number of situations, such as experiencing profound healing, releasing old nonserving patterns, and having joyous fun, and beyond. Wow! Silvia has done it again!

Created beautiful journeys into understanding the energy system and with music that takes you more deeply into feeling, enjoying and expressing yourself through Energy Dancing. The music is so soulful and complex, I'm really savoring all the music tracks, and the explanations Silvia gives are such wonderful guidance. My current favorite is Lightwater.

I had to do a thorough house spring cleaning this year, and I listened to energy dancing as I worked and it really helped me work (and dance and move) through a huge task.

I just love this!

  As I danced my way through the CD I experienced a great 'clearing' of energy. I would go back to test and danced til every last feeling had cleared. Then at the end with the music of the bowl I felt clear, light and my whole body was flowing.  

What an experience and what a revelation! I felt emotions rise up in me that I have felt before but couldn't seem to release completely. I became very aware of the feelings in my throat chest and stomach.

  I'm very excited about sharing Energy Dancing in a Weight Balance workshop I'm doing in the near future! It's so wonderful! And easy!!  

I've done Energy Dancing twice by myself and once with my husband.

The first time I did this outside on our patio and WOW, was I moving!

Lots came up and out...

All of the dances are great, but I really felt "powered up" with Triumph! It was so awesome!

My husband enjoyed this, but said at first he felt very blocked to
moving. He seemed to be watching for my approval of his dancing... he
finally realized this 'need for approval' was something he had to
release!
