  A really useful guide to start to help yourself using EFT  

This book is an excellent resource for the beginner to use to help themselves begin to deal with their emotional issues and it also makes a really good primer for students thinking of taking further EFT training courses.

It is easy to read with nice bite size chunks so you can dip in and out as you like. It introduces the reader to the concept of tapping past zero into a positive state, up to +10, after clearing the emotional stress.

Well worth a read and to keep handy as an ongoing reference.

I love the new EFT book. I love the examples of folks who used it and their experience being a great way to envision interesting ways to see how specific issues could be released very simply. I bought the Energy EFT book download on the Dragonrising site and I'm very glad that I did. I've used energy psychology for years, including techniques like EFT, emotrance, Zpoint and TAT, Of late, I really also enjoy using Access Consciousness although I'm not sure that would be considered energy psychology, and Sandi Radomski's "Ask and Receive" energy psychology method accessing higher states. But I have always returned to EFT whenever I had something to clear as the tapping was very soothing if I didn't know how to verbalize what the issue was.

I ordered a copy of this new EFT Book as a friend highly recommended it. I did not expect to really find something new, but then I was amazed how Dr. Sylvia Hartman really created a new way with EFT. I love going from a -8 to a +10. I love the Energy tapping and feel really revitalised after doing this. Another part I really like, is addressing the stress before tapping the theme. It is so helpful to my clients as well, as the SUD really drops more quickly after doing a few rounds of Stress Tapping.

  The one EFT variant I've found to be different is Silvia Hartmann's Energy EFT because of its use of a -10 to +10 scale. Now when I do other variants I keep thinking "where's the other half?!"  

I've been using EFT for years now starting with Gary Craig's EFT DVD series and have tried several variants and I've never found one that didn't work for me, and most the time I didn't find any great difference in results. So I went to using whatever I enjoyed doing the most and didn't worry about it being purely one system of another

If I was going to ready only one book on EFT, this would be the one. The reason is because Energy EFT by Dr Silvia Hartmann takes EFT to the next logical conclusion. There are literally hundreds of different types and styles of EFT available. All of them good, all of them helpful. But none of them take you to that place that EFT should go to, the energized state.

I am very excited about this new EFT book - it confirms what I have been thinking for a long time, that it is not enough to simply tap negative emotions away. The new measuring scale with positive side to it is brilliant and it works well with the energy EFT tapping points. On my first attempt I got to +7 and could not stop smiling afterwards.

There are a lot of other good things in this book, I especially liked the explanations about stress and the self help chapter was most welcome. This book is an excellent new EFT resource and very inspiring.

  I have spent a couple of hours working with the storybook protocol and have found it to be very powerful and effective  

I've been using EFT on and off for the past 6 years and have recently found myself using it more consistently on everything from physical issues to emotional stress. Dr. Hartmann explains clearly how it works (you are are really tapping on the energy body) and provides a variety of protocols to use with step by step instructions.
