As an abuse survivor, I am understandably nervous about "giving myself over" to a hypnotist, but at the same time, I need to heal. From the moment I first heard Dr Hartmann's voice, I felt so loved and supported, completely at ease. I said to myself, "Here is finally someone who understands me," when I heard Heart Healing. I've cried buckets over Precious and The Child, and it has taken a huge burden from me.
