I really like a lot of the tracks on Heart Healing, but the one I listen to almost daily because it is such a pleasure and so refreshing, so enlivening and breathing and refreshing is Morning Light.

I was a bit reluctant to listen to this Heart Healing thing.

I mean it could have been embarrassing.....then what would I say ????

But it was great !!!!!

I gather people are using it in their therapy stuff but sheeeet.... I just reacted to it with an open mind. Music is my inspiration and Silvia's otherworldly accent worked in perfectly with the mysterious swirling Celtic sound. I could see the mists floating around.

I loved the two voices ... it really added an unexpected dimension.

  For those of us who have all these overwhelming disturbed systems caused by abuse of all sorts there comes a time when EFT has to give way to EmoTrance... and this is my first try to do on my inner child Silvia's "Healing the Heart".  

For those of us who have all these overwhelming disturbed systems caused by abuse of all sorts there comes a time when Eft has to give way to Et... and this is my first try to do on my inner child Silvia's "Healing the Heart".

But for me and maybe others also of multiple traumas addressing the heart as that part us as inner child which needs healing helps a lot.. and for me the inner child is real in his own fragmented world of trauma waiting for that "Gentle Healing"....

  I'm high by the end of the day. I float home, no longer tired in the way I use to be.  

I work at the local grocery store as a seafood associate. I have to wrap each piece of fish in white paper before passing it to the customer.

In the moment that it takes for me to step around my counter to hand over their package, I bring that package to my heart, then release the fish and the "Heart Healing Energy Gift" attached to it with uplifted palms in gratitude. It's such a complete moment... the asking, the receiving, the gifting, the gratitude, all in two seconds.

  This production surpasses itself. How can that be? Because it is bigger than even Silvia Hartmann and Ananga Sivyer know it to be. Everyone who has a cowering, broken child within can do no better than hear this grand and highly impressive recording.  

When listening to Heart Healing last night, I realised that it was doing me a great deal more good than anything I had heard in the genre so far in my self-healing journey. In fact, to be quite frank, Heart Healing is without comparison - a brand new experience!

  The ENERGY...was high, and what was so unique for me, was that folks that never had anything to say, just gushed, it was amazing, many connections, and healings, made tonight.  

I was asked to be the presenter at a metaphysics class and I decided that Heart Healing and energy work were on the agenda!

22 people were in class tonight, over double the usual summer attendance. I introduced each track, with a few words, (not many as I didn't want to prejudice the responses). We listened to Heart Healing, Welcoming the Colours, and Celebration in that order but with a five plus minute space in between.

  It is amazing how these tracks can take me from being so relaxed that I can just sleep to wanting to party and dance. I have never really noticed anything before that has such an immediate effect on me.  

A friend gave me Heart Healing for a present. I was a bit sceptical because I am not really a meditation kind of a person but I must say I was really surprised how much I liked this album.

Generally I found it very soothing and relaxing. Some of the tracks make me feel very sleepy which is a miracle for me since I usually have trouble getting off to sleep. I find Ocean Wood particularly soothing and love listening to the descriptions of the beach house and the journey to it.
