I am amazed how well I feel, and how my interactions with people at work and all over seems to improve. I didn't realize how stuck I was in receiving a compliment from people, doing the exercises has removed many of those blockages, that may have been there for a very long time. How wonderful to receive even a "Hello" from some one and let it flow, and get to that wonderful state, as energy zips by.
Nicola, I had believed that reiki or energy goes where it is needed, now as I experience the energy flowing through blockages, I can say for sure, "I know it" from experience, not just theory. I sense your spirit and kindness guiding me, as I clear. Thank you very much. I truly love your practical approach or experiental knowledge of actually feeling in my body the energy, instead of just in my head, thinking or theory, by combining the EmoTrance with Reiki.
