I really really enjoyed the day. It was lovely first of all to be participating in a workshop as opposed to giving it for a change !!
I was expecting something like this given what Silvia covered in the Advanced training but it was good to have it built into a safe structure to be able to work with clients. I felt I made some personal changes in relation to how I felt about my body, which was very helpful and I also really enjoyed the giving of the therapy. There will be many of my clients that will really benefit from this.
As for Silvia, well, its always a privilege to be taught by her. She's such an inspiration, has a really open, honest, informal style of delivery and offers real value in all of her courses. The venue was brill and the music and support. The only regret was that there wasnt more time to do the final exercise, it being such an important and valuable therapy to be doing. I had a really great day, thank you.
