Having downloaded and devoured Power Affirmations earlier tonight, I can feel it already starting to work. Dr Hartmann always makes sense (to me) and this ebook/course makes a LOT of sense. I found myself nodding as I was reading through the chapters, thinking, of course, of course.
I feel inspired to start again with affirmations and use many of these simple yet profound techniques which are laid out neatly here.
