Hi Silvia,
Here's the latest MindMillion Report from Tokyo.
Twice after I completed this email, the computer froze and I lost it in the
restart. So here's take three…
I finished all 7 of the Mind Million sheets.
Well, Silvia it was glorious. I felt immediately lighter and more energetic
after completing it… And I am really appreciating all of the experiences,
information and insights that I embody. It feels really good.
At several points along the way, I encountered what appeared to be a group of
related thoughts…Hummm says I, "Is this a generator in action?"… So, I muscle
tested, and here is my protocol for eliminating generators:
Test: "These thoughts/statements are being created by a generator."
If Yes, Test: "Is this generator related to a specific incident."
If Yes, Test: "Is this incident between birth and five years of age?"… etc.
Continue testing until the age is found.
Then, Write down the age at the time of the incident, and muscle test the best
statement to represent the incident.
Then say, "I am X old, at the time of this incident. [Insert statement to
use with EFT here.]"… and do standard EFT.
-----------------------------------------------
This was a great way to get to the generators. And the result is amazing… in
many cases, the whole issue is just gone!
As an extension of this idea:
Throughout the day, I notice my internal dialog. If any of it seems contrary,
angry, hurt, judgmental, out of place, immature, childish or odd, then I…
Muscle test: Is this caused by a generator? … and/or … Is this caused by a past
incident?
Then I treat the initial incident / cause using EFT in the above protocol.
Thanks again for the wonderful Mind Million protocol. It is currently providing
a lot of food for thought as variations on it come to mind. Being a hands on
person, I have been trying these out…
Warm regards,
Erik
