I just wanted to express my best wishes to Silvia. I was diagnosed with PTSD over 3 years ago. I haven't had any luck with therapists until I found EFT. It has turned things around for me in a positive way.
I have a sincere gratitude to Silvia for giving me my life back, that may sound melodramatic, but it's how I feel. Until I found EFT I had been moved around from psychiatrist to psychologist to try and overcome my PTSD. People are now mentioning on how I have changed in both my thoughts and feelings I have for myself.
