Recently a couple who had attended one of our
workshops told me of their tapping away their fears while coming down the steps
of the Empire State building. They were on a weekend break to New York and felt
that they really couldn’t leave without having stood on the top of the most
famous site in the city. However on the way down they both became very
uncomfortable and anxious - particularly as there were other people behind them
and they felt forced to continue down the steps at a pace that didn’t suit them
at all.
"Tap!" once shouted back to the other. "I am, I
am!" came the reply. They kept walking down and kept tapping for a minute or so
until the anxiety went and both felt extremely relieved and comfortable for the
rest of the way down.
As always, it’s a pleasure to see EFT shine
