This book really is filled to the brim with immensely valuable insights, revelation after revelation and some truly unique and ground breaking tools - all of which are both easy and a delight to take onboard via Silvia’s elegant clarity and direct ‘no beating around the bush’ style of writing.
Concise and comprehensive, the phases are clear and instructive but it felt very personal and passionate throughout - making it a most enjoyable and exciting read which really flowed- as well as being a fantastic learning experience that will most certainly change the way I do things!
MindMillion takes you from a fantastic introduction/set up, which allows for a good grounding and starting point to then be taken through to all the many exciting exercises. The exercises contained within each phase really are superb and the whole process felt fantastic, but especially when engaging in the exercises.
A lot more is covered here than you might suspect and the ‘personal developer’ within will certainly be stimulated and more than satisfied… to be honest its mind blowing just how much ground is covered and how many different issues are tackled here - all most deliciously!
