Beautiful, brilliant and inspired.It is hard to explain the impact this book had on me personally. I guess this book is for you if you want to 'heal' yourself and reintegrate the many facets of your being into a 'whole being' that makes perfect sense.
It is very dense with ideas, although most of these are simply expressed and easy to grasp, it does however, require thinking about the words. It is not a book in which the concepts expressed therein can be skimmed over.
It is filled with fascinating and intriguing ideas throughout and kept me gripped from the first page to the last. It gives hope to all those struggling with life (and I would guess that is the majority of us). It gives hope because it gives new ways in which we, as individuals, can better understand the big questions of life, although it is neither based on a particular philosophy or religion.
If you are, like me, hoping for a fresh perspective on living and are sick and tired of being sick and tired, then this book will fill you with hope.
There is a personal message from the author to her readers at the end of the book which had me in tears. Books seldom have the capacity to do that to the cynical person I have become. Read it/pass it on to a friend or loved one (or anyone you think would benefit from its wisdom). An essential read for those traumatised by the past and who are holding on to the past to the detriment of getting on with their future.

I can't be more specific, but this is truly a wonderful, enlightening and inspirational book which goes far beyond the scope of most 'self-help' manuals.
