Silvia Hartmann's Adventures in EFT Review by Bronwen Stimpert
"I wish I'd read "Adventures in EFT" when I first learned about Emotional Freedom Techniques."
I wish I'd read "Adventures in EFT" when I first learned about Emotional Freedom Techniques. It answers every question I had. Instead I came to the book a year later. Had already studied EFT originator Gary Craig's wow videotape sets and everything at his must-see website. Had read several manuals/books, and everything I could find on the internet. There's a lot of excellent material out there. But Silvia Hartmann's masterful "essential field guide" made me fall in love all over again with EFT.
"Adventures..." is an exceptionally well-honed, practical, compact
treasure-house of intriguing ideas and immediately useful information. Whether you are a layperson (like me) or an experienced healer/therapist, this is a must-read! Now, about this overall score of "10"...Imagine my mental subcategories: content, style, originality, user-friendliness, enjoyment, cost/benefit ratio, eagerness while turning each page, how often you go back to a book to pull a quote, quality of other stuff by author that you can't officially consider when rating this book, etc., etc. --
all perfect 10's across the board for Silvia Hartmann! #
p.s. If you visit Hartmann's website, check the descriptions for "EFT & NLP" and other publications/training -- all highly recommended. Don't miss "The Two-Minute Stress Release", a super-easy first introduction to EFT.
