Ok - here's the feedback so far:
first time I listened - apart from feeling relaxed - no sign of a goal - felt like the story of my life - just drifting with a vague idea of where I might be going, but firmish idea of what interests me at any particular time. I found it quite disheartening.
Second listening - again no sign of a goal for me - lots of energy tingling though all through my energy system - self talk - 'I don't deserve a goal' plus a few tears - so did some internal EFT - haven't yet mastered ET for myself - then got the 'not safe' self-talk and again EFT'd it. And re-started the CD
Third listening - this time started to visualise aspects of the goal - no colour yet & but felt throbbing energy and throbbing pulse when the CD finished. Feeling much more energised about my future path - I will listen again tomorrow to see what clearer goal visions appear.
