I have just finished reading your new book and want to share my feedback with you.
It did indeed speak to me directly, matching exactly where I am at. Having gone from a one man band to now small business with plans to expand further in building my own vision and dreams, this was exactly the recognition and support I needed.
I have already benefited immensely from your work Silvia in releasing the creativity and inspiration to come this far and realise the value of my energy state and the nourishment and enrichment of my energy system for achievements in life as well as creating so many joyful, delightful, loving and magical moments along the way.
This book reinforces this message and brings it to the reader in the simplest, accessible language with wonderful enriching exercises which have great and deep impact.
Recognising and releasing my fears, writing the support letter to myself and then reading it was manna from heaven, writing a compelling and dynamic line of goals, identifying the beliefs I want to change, recognising how far I've come already and praising myself where its due, and not least, carefully and lovingly adding my name to the list of great people in life and history that have inspired me are just some of the powerful exercises which are giving me the essential nourishment and support while I turn my dreams and visions into reality.
Furthermore, the heart healing exercise with the Someone poem, I have used before and can say that it is one of the most powerful and transformational processes I have ever done, for since doing this I fell in love.... with myself and with life and EVERYTHING changed from that moment and I have so much more love in my life and from those around me.
