I was really surprised this book wasn't already on here! It's a real gem - extremely well written, with an easily accessible format, by a first-time author. This book explains E.F.T. , from the 'easy bits' (the actual tapping) to the more complicated aspects (global reversal and the meridian system to name a few!) without making it either too simplified or too scientific. I've read it several times and will continue to use it as my handbook on the subject. I bought this book through the Chandra PDS web site, then went to the Whole Life festival to meet Ananga Sivyer, I was surprised that she was so young, and that this is her first (and only) publication! I WANT MORE!!! :) Very interesting. Very user-friendly. Very E.F.T !

The Art & Science of Emotional Freedom is a book I would unreservedly recommend to therapists and lay practitioners alike.

“The author of this book, Ananga Sivyer, is a healer of great experience and ability. The Art & Science of Emotional Freedom is mainly about the therapy ‘Emotional Freedom Techniques’ (EFT), but Ananga’s considerable experience in a wide range of Meridian Therapies shines through at every stage.
The book covers all aspects of EFT, gently leading the reader from the history, through the theory and on to the practice of this new and evolving therapy. The theory section is exceptionally good and nowhere else have I seen such a good explanation of the roots of EFT in Chinese Medicine and Meridian Theory. The
book is worth obtaining as a reference for this part alone.

Based on this sound foundation the book proceeds through a full explanation of the basics of EFT before introducing a number of additional and supplementary matters, which
lead the reader on to the latest... Read Full Review
