I have been like a little child making aroma stars, aroma energy grids etc. It is very inspiring.

I love it and for me there is a strong resonance. I started my healing journey in the early 1990's and I have many many bottles of oils that have journeyed with me since then and they are precious but then I am very much a lover of natural things and the natural world. In this work I have been introduced to oils I haven't met before.

In the 90's I studied massage reflexology etc almost aromatherapy but then went off down a different track. I spent all of Sunday morning reading Creative Aromatherapy and I was absolutely stunned and excited by all the possibilities of things to do with my oils

The first thing I did was to listen to the Magic Garden meditation. Wonderful! And, as a Project Sanctuary student, I found my Sanctuary Friends incorporating an aromatherapy garden center in our Sanctuary! That's something I'm sure I'll be enjoying on a variety of levels--
I love the way the Aromatherapy for the Soul is organized, the little stories serve as wonderful, creative, jumping off places for my imagination, which I love to do!
