I am amazed how well I feel, and how my interactions with people at work and all over seems to improve. I didn't realize how stuck I was in receiving a compliment from people, doing the exercises has removed many of those blockages, that may have been there for a very long time. How wonderful to receive even a "Hello" from some one and let it flow, and get to that wonderful state, as energy zips by.

Nicola, I had believed that reiki or energy goes where it is needed, now as I experience the energy flowing through blockages, I can say for sure, "I know it" from experience, not just theory. I sense your spirit and kindness guiding me, as I clear. Thank you very much. I truly love your practical approach or experiental knowledge of actually feeling in my body the energy, instead of just in my head, thinking or theory, by combining the EMO Energy-in-Motion with Reiki.

My Reiki certificate arrived in the post a day or so ago, so many thanks for this - it looks good!

I have been continuing to practise daily, and continuing to have remarkable experiences. In the last few days I have been doing something (preparing and leading a training seminar, in fact) which caused a fair bit of stress/anxiety, and found that a couple of minutes with one hand on/above the third chakra and one over my face brought about an amazing feeling of serenity and calm. I took a short walk just before the seminar began and produced a similar effect with some fairly public chakra hand positions! (Stress - what stress?)

I could go on, but I am sure you have heard it all so many times - and that must be a very positive and heartening thing.

  The feeling of intense out-pouring energy continued for many hours, and through the following day.  

The feeling of intense out-pouring energy that I described to you in my last e-mail continued for many hours, and through the following day. My wife was amazed, and is clear that the impact of this on her has been very helpful (her words to me yesterday were "Why am I being so positive?"!!)

I have been bowled over by these experiences, as they fit so well with many other things that are happening in my life at the moment.

  When I was first attuned I experienced tingling palms continuously for three or four days. Now I only have to think or intend Reiki and I experience the same!

In my self-care I have combined Reiki with EFT and Chakra work, which I find, is a profoundly beautiful and gentle process. It has enabled me to deepen my peace and my self-knowledge/awareness. Bringing Reiki into my meditation practice has also proved extremely rewarding.

The parts I found most useful of the course were the attunement information and the explanation of EMO Energy-in-Motion to help with the physical and mental preparation. I also think that the material being so simple and concise was a huge benefit to me.
