It's a very beautiful guided meditation and is perfect for anyone initially wanting to explore their inner child.

The imagery is subtle and is beneficial as the first step to healing the inner child. This is something that could be listened to time and time again. It works on many levels including just “time out” and “learning to relax” . Will easily draw the listener away from daily life allowing them to concentrate on the guided meditation.
