  I thank you so much. I have been reading lots of different EFT books and practising classic eft on my own for a few weeks with some positive results when I found you and thank heavens I did.

That trauma rabbit hole is painful and I am praying for permission to allow myself to feel good with positives... I found Supermind a challenge and the star matrix sounds simply wonderful. I am interested in doing more.
