I recently purchased Past Life Regression and Beyond by Silvia Hartmann. I was immediately struck by the tone in Silvia's voice, it is a voice that I found supportive, trustworthy, gentle and at the same time strong. this is important to me as I require this sense of wholeness in order to participate.

The journey I experienced was transformational for me in that I found I integrated a particular gem in the concept of the multidimentional self. The image of the multiple lives as lights, a beautifully simple metaphor, deeply influencing my ability to ground the understanding of something that had previously been an intellectual understanding.

I know I will be using this gift to myself, as a tool of integration for the aspects I desire to bring into a place of wholeness. There are many ways that I could see this mp3 would enhance ones experience of this life.

I would recommend this for anyone who is choosing to explore themselves as a multidimentional Being.
