How do I change my password?
After logging on, you can do this online in the admin panel:

How do I get a password reminder?
If you have created an account with us then you can always get your password resent to you. Simply enter your registered email address into the ‘Lost Passwords’ box on our members page:

How do I update my details (new eMail, Address, etc)
You can not currently do this online. Email any updates to us using our contact forms:

You can always request your username & password to be resent by visiting our members pages here:

Remember that your login details are ‘cAsE-sEnSiTiVe’. This means that ‘password’ is not the same as ‘Password’ or ‘PASSWORD’.
If you enter all your details correctly and our website does not let you logon then the first method that fixes most problems is to completely shut down your web browser, load it up and trying to login again.
If this fails then it is likely that you do not have cookies turned on in your browser. This website uses cookies to store your login info. For more information about turning on cookies please see your web browsers Help information.

My username & password are not working!
Here are a few things for you to check:
- You are entering your details correctly. Use your computers copy & paste function to copy information. Most email we send you will contain your username & password
- Your browser is enabled to support cookies. Checkout your browser documentation
