Nicola Quinn will be appearing on GMTV next Tuesday (4th November) to talk about her new book Life Without Panic Attacks and help other people overcome Panic Attacks just like she did.
This appearance is part of GMTV's Stress Week which is happening all next week.
"An exclusive GMTV survey reveals that we're a stressed out nation.
A poll of GMTV viewers on its website has revealed almost 60% (58.3%) feel stressed on a daily basis and that work (at 38%) is the biggest cause of their stress with a fifth of respondents saying they'd taken a week or more off work due to stress.
In addition, almost half of those viewers who filled in the survey (48.8%) said they suffered from panic attacks."
