Bought a product and it has not arrived yet
Firstly, check your order confirmation to make sure you didn’t buy an electronic downloadable product.
If your order includes a postable item and it is not delivered within 14 working days then please contact us for a status update. Occasionally we do run out of stock otherwise we aim to deliver within 3 working days within the UK and up to 7 working days internationally.
Items lost in the mail should be reported within 2 months of the order date.
Delivery Times
We endeavour to keep all titles in stock and ship the same day (UK by 1st Class Post, International by Airmail) so please contact us if you have not received your product/s within 14 days.
Postage & Packing
DragonRising calculates shipping according to weight and destination; hence there is no charge for eBooks. To find out how much postage will be on a particular item or items, add them to your basket which itself will update itself to show the cost of postage.
