During the pandemic Silvia Hartmann wanted to do something to help everyday people cope with the enormity of the situation they found themselves in. It was an unprecedented event and to be able to think positively felt almost impossible.

Out of this desire to help came a series of videos titles 'The Power or the Positives'. And these have now been transcribed into a book, so that everyone can read and learn these essential skills.
